When finished with the adoption application, please either print out the pages and return the completed application to the fax number or to the address listed on page 13.

When we have received your application, an adoption representative will contact you and ask you a number of questions. Once your application has been approved, we will contact you again to set up a day and time to meet you at the boarding facility where the adoptable greyhounds are kept. You will be able to spend time with the greyhounds and choose your new family member. The greyhound will then go to have its veterinary work done. After the veterinary work, your greyhound will spend at least one week in a foster home to help get it acclimated to life in a home. The adoption will take place in your home. The adoption process can take up to four to six weeks. Please be patient.

The adoption fee of $225.00 includes spaying/neutering, teeth cleaning, microchipping, deworming, vaccinations, heartworm testing, collar, leash, ID tag, and a squawker, which can be used in the event that your greyhound should ever get loose.
