We
would LOVE to hear from you!
Please
know that we work hard to place our dogs in the right home. We
think about the dogs after we adopt them out and worry about them
adjusting to their new lives. Pictures, stories and phone calls
from you let us know that your greyhound is adapting well and loving
his new home.
So
please don't be stingy with that information!
To
send in pictures of your hounds that were adopted from Greyhounds
Only, please e-mail Emily (goinc@comcast.net)
with photos of your favorite hound. Please include your name, your
hound's name (or names!), hound's age, and any brief funny anecdotes
you'd like me to add.
Meet
some of the wonderful hounds that have been adopted into their
new homes...

Beatrice is a
true Life Saver! Since her adoption by Meleesa Sullivan and Brian
Schwab, she's become a blood donor in conjunction with the "Life
Saver" program at CVES. We at Greyhounds Only are so proud of
life-saving dogs, like Beatrice, and thank her family for their efforts!

Big was adopted
by Kelly Shannon. She sent these pics to us in August with this note:
I wanted to forward a couple pictures of Big, who has been with me
for three and a half months now. He answered Sherry's call for greyhound
reps at State Fair and enjoyed himself at Jackson Park's Doggie Dip
on Sunday. There were three greyhounds in the pool this year! Here
are a few pictures of my new guy, channeling the energy of his precious,
precocious sister Tallulah! I love him dearly!

Panda seemed a bit tired after his long walk and run. So, he found
the first cushion he could! Panda was adopted by Michelle Villarreal.

Where does Cookie end and the toy pile begin? Cookie was adopted
by Melody Weiss.

Kyle was adopted by Mysti O'Shea. This big boy isn't afraid of no
alligator! He and Gary (the scaly one) get along just fine!
