Tevya looks for Alumni updates - so send them in!

We would LOVE to hear from you!

Please know that we work hard to place our dogs in the right home. We think about the dogs after we adopt them out and worry about them adjusting to their new lives. Pictures, stories and phone calls from you let us know that your greyhound is adapting well and loving his new home.

So please don't be stingy with that information!

These are some of the wonderful hounds that have been adopted into their new homes.

To send in pictures of your hounds that were adopted from Greyhounds Only, please e-mail Emily (goinc@comcast.net) with photos of your favorite hound. Please include your name, your hound's name (or names!), hound's age, and any brief funny anecdotes you'd like me to add. We will do our best to include at least one picture per dog (more if space permits!)

Don't have a digital camera? We can now scan them for you. Please contact Emily for information on where to send your photograph for the website. These photos will not be returned, so make sure you keep a copy!

Ramsey was adopted by Kristen Jahnke.

Little B was adopted by Miles Taub and Sue Goldschmidt.

See below for her video on YouTube. Little B figured out how to open the door in Miles' office!

Slammer was adopted by Erika and Mike Reisenleiter. She was adopted in February, 2005 - and she's proving to be a sweet, happy puppy that is enjoying her new life as a retired pup.

Barbara, Turtledove, Slim and Easton Karant.

Yoko, adopted by Kathy Forde and Yvonne Zipter. They weren't sure if she was making a fashion statement in this photo, or whether Nacho's snoring was keeping her awake!

The sweet face of Nacho.

Unfortunately, Kathy and Yvonne lost Yoko in December, 2005. She will be missed by anyone that knew her.

Kathy and Yvonne adopted Iris a few months after losing their beautiful girl, Yoko. Iris is Yoko's half-sister.

Arctic (brindle) is 5 years old, and was adopted in 12/04. Tiffany (black) was a foster that ended up getting adopted in 6/05. They are greyt friends and enjoy running together in the back yard. Arctic and Tiffany were adopted by Lorrie and John Rockey.

Max was adopted by Rachel Filler in February, 2005.

Pride, adopted by Heidi Curtis, enjoying some time at Beck Lake Dog Park. She enjoys running around like a nut and then jumping into the water to cool off - but only until she BURSTS out again to have some more fun!

Max (white/black) was adopted in July, 2004. Juliet (fawn) was adopted in February, 2005. Both are six years old, and were adopted by the Sicherman family. Sadly,Max passed away 4/08 and Juliet passed away July, 2008 from sarcoma.

Bones (left) was adopted in May, 2005 and Brenda (right) was adopted October, 2004 by Cathy Andress and Renee Kabat.

Bud (formerly Silver, brindle) adopted 1/23/05 and his best buddy Squirt (white) adopted 2/1/04. Bud loves playing with toys, if only to pull the stuffing out! Squirt frequently barks commands at Bud - getting him to romp with her in the back yard. Squirt and Bud were adopted by the Reinhardt family.

Odyssey (brindle), Amber (white/fawn) and Pride (fawn) were adopted by Joy Kalligeros and Don Klappauf. They're all photographed on our new Rover mattresses (sold in our online store). Apparently, they are so comfortable, the dogs refused to get up to be photographed!

A family photo!

Roxy (left) and Chase was adopted by Bob and Denise Petrovic. This pair serves as two of the unofficial testers of all GO beds, and sniffer of new merchandise. Roxy is seen here in her favorite position - stretched out on her back in bed!

Jake (left, 6/99) and Dizzy (right 6/00) were adopted by Emily Dickow. Jake was adopted in February, 2002, and Dizzy joined him in October, 2003. They live with a wannabe-greyhound, Libby, who is a Newfoundland mix that excels at teaching them new ways to get into trouble.
