As you know GO is committed to providing the best possible medical care to our retired racers when they come to us. On occasion we find ourselves responsible for some severely ill hounds that have not found their forever home, a foster. There was Val with idiopathic epilepsy, Kit with Addison/Cushings, Sis with meningitis and now we have sweet Daphne who has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (bone cancer).

If you are on this site you LOVE Greyhounds. We all believe that our hounds are the absolute best. Striker was one of those hounds that was the absolute best for his family and everyone that met him. His family loved him so much and felt so strongly about his impression on the world in general that they felt driven to help others in Striker's name and honor his legacy.
